Working principle

Step1: After the intelligent car receives the task sent by the MES system, it moves to the material extraction area.
Step2: After tracking and positioning, the camera installed at the front end of the robot reads the two-dimensional code on the material box.
Step3: The gripper installed at the front end of the robot will successively grab the material box to the material rack of the intelligent car.
Step4: Move the intelligent car to the unloading area.
Step5: The camera installed at the front of the robot is positioned, and the position offset is fed back to the robot.
Step6: The gripper installed at the front end of the robot will grab the material box to the material storage shelf.
Step7: After unloading, the robot moves to the empty box station and grabs the empty box in the fixed position of the material rack to the material rack of the intelligent car.
Step8: Move the smart car to the empty box area and remove the empty box.
Step9: The intelligent car returns to the waiting area and waits for the next task.
After 5 hours of continuous use, or the user in the production gap period, the control car tracks into the charging station for charging.
